At Mypanecito, we take pride in baking our conchas fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before your order has been prepared or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns
As our products are freshly baked food items, we do not accept returns for food safety and quality reasons.

Shelf life is approximately 7 - 10 days when stored properly.
