At Mypanecito, we take pride in baking our conchas fresh to order. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered.

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before your order has been prepared or shipped. Once an order has entered production or has been dispatched for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns
As our products are freshly baked food items, we do not accept returns for food safety and quality reasons.

Please do not send any products back to us, as returned food items cannot be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

At Mypanecito, every order is freshly prepared to ensure you receive the best quality and taste.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

We currently ship within California, Nevada and Arizona

As we continue to expand, additional shipping locations will be added.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Approximately 3 business days within California. Out of California It may take up to 3- 5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Freshness & Packaging

Our Conchas are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit.

Best enjoyed upon arrival.

Shelf life is approximately 7 - 10 days when stored properly.

Store in a cool, dry place or freeze for longer storage.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any free shipping promotions will be displayed on the website when applicable.
